Dear Families,

SAVE THE DATE!  FREE LIVESCAN FINGERPRINTING for MUSD PARENT VOLUNTEERS. If you volunteer at Cobb School, or plan to be a field trip driver for your child’s classroom now or in the future, you need to be fingerprinted. This is a district policy established to ensure the safety of our children. Our district has set up a date to do this for free on Saturday, April 9 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

This will be done on the main campus in Middletown in the Multi-use Room.  This is for volunteers only, and only applies for your volunteering in the Middletown School District.  The whole process includes completing a volunteer packet and either having proof of a current TB test or setting up a time to meet with Denise McDowell, our school nurse, to go through the new TB questionnaire.

Simply pick up a volunteer packet at Cobb School and save the date. The LIVESCAN paper work will be available that Saturday in Middletown so you won't need to pick it up at Cobb School.

If you should become an employee of Middletown Unified School District within the year, you will be subject to reimbursing the district, otherwise this is offered to you free of charge.

SAVE THE DATE!
