 Dear Parents,

Summer is upon us and our students still need to be encouraged to keep reading. Cobb Science Camp is putting on a fundraiser, our first Read-A-Thon. The money is going to the Science Camp fund so we can send our students to camp every year. Students will have the summer to get pledges from friends and family for their reading. Each student who completes his/her 360 minutes will receive a   one-day Six Flags Pass for the 2014 season, and when he/she goes over 360 minutes of reading, they will be raising more money for Science Camp. The students will collect all money after they come back to school. At that time each sponsor will be entered into a drawing. The students will receive their one-day Six Flags pass at the end of the 2014 school year. Do not stop at 360 minutes. The more you read, the more you can contribute towards paying for Science Camp.

 Thank you,
