Are you wanting to be involved with your child's education but you are not quite sure how? Perhaps you only have limited time available but you would like to do something to help out at school? Then School Site Council or PTO may be the place for you!
Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an integral partner in making your child's education at Cobb School the best it can be. PTO is a great way to get involved at Cobb School.
There's a PTO meeting at 9 am this Friday, August 12th in the library.
Monthly meetings take place on the first Friday of each month at 9 am, right after drop off. Come find out what's in store for the year. Our PTO is in need of volunteers. Contact Kristen Callahan, Angie Winchester or the Principal (Aram Osterlye) if you're interested.
SITE COUNCIL (SSC)
Meetings are monthly for about 45 min. each on Friday mornings right before school starts, and you get to help make educational and financial decisions regarding your child's education. If you or someone you know is interested in being a member of SSC (School Site Council), please contact either Principal Aram Osterlye or Secretary Karen Huff in the office, or fill out and return the ballot about SSC. You don't need to be a member to attend Site Council, but legally, our employee to parent ratio needs to be 50/50. We need you!
